Question: What are your thoughts on simulation theory?

Is this the idea that we are all in a simulation? Suppose this were the case. If I had the option of leaving the simulation, I’d have to decide whether my simulated life was more enjoyable than what could be on the outside of the simulation; maybe better, maybe worse. If I couldn’t leave the simulation anyways, and everything would continue on as it has been, then I probably wouldn’t want to know. But there is no good reason to believe that we are living in a simulation, so I’m not that concerned about it.
