  Thank you for your question. That depends on what exactly do you mean by understanding babies feelings. For example, I now have a project that is about trying to understand when during development do babies understand emotion words, such as happy, sad, angry… Although this project is not about babies feelings, it can give us some knowledge about when babies understanding of emotions, might start.
