The most challenging thing for me right now is balancing trying to publish papers, write my thesis, apply for postdocs, look for funding. Its a lot to deal with at once. But, I’ll be through it soon, and get back to enjoying research 100% 🙂

The hardest thing for me has been having children. It’s very difficult to be as focused on my research sometimes, especially as I can’t stay at work late any more. I squeeze things in around their schedule, which means sending a lot of emails when I’m waiting to pick them up. Right now, my 6 year old is helping me answer these questions while we have dinner 🙂
