Hi madelyngood,
I most surely link sports to my research! In sports, you need to be driven, fit and have a passion for what you do. The same applies to research. Even the competitive element is present within research as you’ll always try to better yourself up to some extent.
Even more so, as part of the research group, we look into exercise trials as part of an intervention. It is not quite the hobby-sporting activities yet it’s interesting how sport can be used as a ‘medicine’
