No, I’m not an electrician like the one who would come to your house to fix the fuse…
However, my research does involve working with electrical engineers to design systems that go inside a jet engine.
The jet engine is also connected to the aeroplane so that the pilots can control it electronically. The electronics inside an aeroplane are called “avionics”.
